Kaitlyn Kerr is one of the most well-known figures in pickleball, with a career spanning athletics, media, and business. A former All-American soccer player at Duke University, she transitioned to pickleball, rising from a 3.5-rated amateur to the professional level.

Kaitlyn created Pickleball Chick, serving as a brand ambassador for Joola, PodPlay, and Dill Dinkers, and consulting for brands looking to grow their pickleball strategy. She co-owns the Las Vegas Night Owls, a professional pickleball team, and hosts major events worldwide, including Major League Pickleball, the PPA, Katy Perry's Firework Foundation Event, the Indian Open, the Pickleball World Tour Debut in Dubai, and Necker Island's Pickleball Forum.

She was a contestant on Pickleball Paddle Battle, the sport's first reality TV show, and serves on the board of Pickleball Cares, a nonprofit using pickleball to change lives. Kaitlyn also completed a six-month fellowship with USA Pickleball, the sport's governing body, while earning her MBA.
